Soybean Crop Rotation Stability in Rainfed Agroforestry System through GGE Biplot and EBLUP

The genotype–environment interaction causes difficulties in selecting stable and ideal soybean cultivars across crop rotation models. Thus, this study aimed to provide the best estimates of yields every model for recommendations rainfed agroforestry system using GGE biplot EBLUP. In study, productivity stability 15 were evaluated four models, that is, planting after fallow (F–S), maize (M–S), rice (R–S), continuous (S–S) dry wet seasons at Menggoran Forest Resort, Playen District, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Province Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Results season revealed Dering I cultivar had highest yield F–S R–S 1.267 1.375 tons ha−1 Grobogan M–S S–S 1.200 1.349 ha−1, respectively. During season, showed F–S, M–S, 2.187, 2.435, 2.247 Dega 2.049 ha−1. Based on Shukla model, classified as fairly relatively seasons. are well suited environment can maximize potential these help build a sustainable production system.
